Starbucks Blueberry Oatmeal Starbucks are on every corner now a days. Their blueberry oatmeal is a great way to eat healthy when on the road. It can also be had with your morning coffee as a quick breakfast option.

Panera is known for using natural healthy ingredients. Their line of breakfast power sandwiches are great options for the morning. They are all around 400 calories give or take made with healthy ingredients to keep you fueled for the day.
Healthy Bars (Quest Bars / Kind Bars / Oatmega / RX Bars)
Bars are great for in between meals when you are on the go. Choose the healthier options that have 10 grams of sugar or less. Cliff & Lara bars seem healthy but have a lot of sugar per bar.
